Name, order details, pickup day/time, and payment confirmation (CashApp note or cash received). Optional: phone or email if you provide it for reminders.
How We Use It
To prep your drink, confirm payment, and let you know if there is a pickup change. We do not sell or share your info.
Storage & Retention
Order info is kept only as long as needed to complete your pickup and for basic reporting during the school year.
Your Choices
You can request deletion of your order info after fulfillment. If you opt out of messages, we will only contact you about active pickups.
